At SONGMICS HOME, we want you to love your space. If you are not completely satisfied with your furniture or home organization purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully disassemble your items and pack them in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included to avoid restocking fees.
Attach Shipping Label
Print your prepaid shipping label provided by our support team and affix it securely to the outside of the box, covering any previous shipping barcodes.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
